The Konoha Performance Incentive series
Konoha with a much darker underbelly.
Jounin get their pick of any chuunin as long as both end up mission-ready the next day.

Notes:
This damn series has gotten huge enough that I think we need to organise it in terms of reading order.
Chronologically, it takes place
Key Performance Indicators: an Itachi centric story setting up how this AU works for Clans.
Imposter Syndrome: a Shisui centric short-story with hints to his background. Serves as a companion piece to Key Performance Indicators
Benefits and Perks are just a bonus: direct continuation of Key Performance Indicators, with Itachi/Iruka coming into play. Most of this serves as still as a background and backstory to a shining knight, but diverges from ASK from Chapter 3/4 onwards.
a shining knight: the first to be written in this series, actually, KakaIru centric. Was meant to be the main timeline of this AU, but now co-exists as a darker timeline of the Key Performance Indicators and Benefits & Perks timeline.
Changes in Regulations: A Shisui centric ALTERNATE ending of Benefits & Perks
UPCOMING:
